Confinement Delights 🤔 Part 1

Hey soon-to-be mommies! 😄 My sis-in-law welcomed her baby a few weeks ago and part of her post-pregnancy recovery includes nourishing confinement food. It's important to prioritise her diet during this time. So, why confinement food? The meals prepared provides essetial nutrients for the body, boosts milk production and aids in the mother's overall recovery journey!

Looking for convenience? Then they are definitely for you! One thing that made my sis-in-law life easier was @ummu_fazwill_sg_confinement 🙌🏼 The meals were well-packaged, and the delivery was punctual.

Without a doubt, @ummu_fazwill_sg_confinement prepared meals that are just WOW. It's crazy to see how good the confinement food can look! Since my sis-in-law isn't at home, I got to try the dishes and thought I'd leave a review. I'll be splitting this review into two posts, otherwise it'll be too long 😅

Here's a rundown for today's lunch meal.

Lunch Main Course:

1. Fried Seabass with Coriander Green Curry

2. Bak Coy in Superior Soup with Shimeiji and Tofu

3. Multi Grain Rice

Lunch Dessert and Drink:

1. Sweet Potato and Corn Pengat

2. Red Date Tea

Fried Seabass with Coriander Green Curry

* Looks not too bad, the cranberries added colour to the dish

* Fish portion was very generous and just smells good 🫶🏼

* Has sweet and sour taste to it, not really green curry taste? but it's understandable since it's meant to be confinement food

🌟 Overall rating: 7.5/10

Bak Choy in Superior Soup with Shimeiji and Tofu

* Looks appetising and just smells healthy (I mean it's vegetables😆)

* Am a picky-eater when it comes to veggies but this was really good

Sweet Potato and Corn Pengat

* Doesn't look that appealing 😅

* Ate this cold and tasted decent

Red Date Tea

* Reminds me of Cheng Tng, absolute yums!

* Not too sweet
