REPLACE HABIT>>>

I just found some reminders from pinteresttt. I don't know if these could help everyone but the only proper way to eliminate bad habits is to replace them with good ones. "Motivation gets you started, habits are what keeps you going". I hope some of these instill in me coz it's just hard to be consistent and stay well, productive and all that.
