1] traditional way:
I took confiment lady for 2 weeks. Bcs i like to pampered my body do ‘ bertungku, berurut ‘ . My package include sauna, tungku, urut, scrub, mandi herba everyday.
2) eat well balanced meals:
i eat the pantang food. No cheating! And control the portion. Cut back on sugar, increase fibre. Only drink plain water. Stay hydrated.
3) make time for exercise - but ease into it
I am active person. Even during my pregnancy until the last i still follow my first son go to the park. After deliver i still keep my normal routine, doing house chores in very minimal. But this tips depend on your body. Dont push yourself.
4) dont forget about self care:
get support from husband! So u can get enough sleep, too much lack of sleep can negatively affect your weight.
5) breastfeed your baby:
some studies find that breastfeeding can actually help you return to your pre-pregnancy weight faster. As a matter of fact, breastfeeding can burn up to 500 calories per day.
