cake decoration in jb for $17! 🎂👩🏻‍🎨

ran out of things to do in JB? time to try decorating cakes with your friends n family hehe 😆🎂 I, along with my 2 friends n mum, tried the popular class at Eggciting Cake and had a super enjoyable time hehe 👩🏻‍🎨

firstly, to book a slot, head to their website and you'd be directed to their WhatsApp! after checking the available dates and times, we were given some cake options to choose from (pics 7-9) the 4" cake we chose came with 2 layers, and the cheapest options were only $17!

I chose 2x Oreo layers and the 4th design, so I had to pay extra, but it was suPER worth it cos it was so fun decorating hehe

at the studio, we first had to mix the colors for the decoration we wanted (the colors that were piped on etc) and also the colors for the base! mine was just blue and yellow so didn't have to do much 🤪 (if you wanna add more little intricate designs then you'll have to work harder mixing diff colors!!!)

then we proceeded to pipe the base color onto the cake and smoothing it out (to our best abilities 🥲) then we could design however we wanted!!!!! the little flame at the top of mine was actually fondant that I shaped myself heh (not the best but kinda cute 🤌🏻)

it's best to refrigerate it within 2-3 hours so plan your JB trip wisely!!!! overall was a super fun experience, the only thing was that they were super understaffed and there were people coming in one after another, the staff could not possibly help everyone out efficiently... so we ended up spending almost 3 hours (!!!!!!!) doing all that 😭

but ok still a fun experience to try with friends n family hehe
