♡ healthy veggies + crab stick ♡

Craving for some vietnamese roll but too lazy to make? And u are also on diet? Hehe say no more, here’s my first attempt of easy peasy vietnamese roll. Since it turned quite great so im going to share the recipe here 😋
Senang sangat tauu if korang malas masak, u can try this meal. Nampak simple but mengenyangkan. Yang susah cuma part folding & wrap je. But if u are eating alone, then tak kisah la kemas ke tak, yang penting sedap 🤪
✨Ingredients :
- rice noodle / soohoon
- crab stick
- cucumber (timun jepun recommended!)
- carrot
- salad
- rice paper / kulit vietnamese roll
- thai sweet chili sauce
(no specific amount. u can add other fillings too if u want, like shrimp / rameen / other veggies)
✨Tutorial :
1- Boil rice noodle / soohoon. u can boil with crab stick too if u want. But I prefer to boil separately
2- filter them cuz we dont want it watery!
3- cut veggies secara memanjang. Both cucumber & carrot
4- rendam salad dalam air garam & bilas one by one. Ambik daun dia je
5- (refer the pic & yellow line as direction) put some water on rice paper sampai dia lembut
6- put veggies first and fold, proceed with rice noodle and fold again (refer the arrows) and last but not least, crab stick! Fold till end
7- serve with sauce. Just buy the instant one, nama pun lazy cook kan? 🤣
Done!! no need to cook pun, unless crab stick & rice noodle. Tu pun boil je 😮💨 fyi u can be creative with filling, no rules pun so dont forget to try ok! ❤️
