• Count your food 🍽️ - Simply taking in less calories each day, that means less excess calories you have to burn off. Easy ways to do this include: eat less fast food or junk food, eat more fresh vegetables🥗 and fruits, eat lean protein, reduce the amount of bad fats.

Step 4️⃣: Get Enough Sleep

• Rest 🛌 - Sleep quality and quantity can affect an individuals weight loss success. In fact, there is evidence that people who sleep less are more likely to be overweight or obese because it can get bored and you always need foods to enjoy the day 😂

Step 5️⃣: Snacking is a must

• Fruits & nuts

• Homemade muffins

• Homemade iced lemon tea

• Sugar free iced coffee (almond milk)

• Banana or apple slices with nut butter
