Dear the ones without a bubble butt,

Yeah, I’m talking to the you. The perfect bubble butt has gone viral for years and it’s nothing against them. They’re awesome, they’re hot, they’re perf ✨

But if you don’t have one - you’re also awesome and hot and perf.

It sounds silly, but genuinely - this used to destroy me. And I know that many of you feel the same way or felt it in the past.

The amount of fitness accounts who only promote glute exercises is unreal. Yes, you can try growing your glutes, but our body shape is our body shape.

And it can be hard to accept when Kim K has been in for a decade now. 🤯

My ex boyfriend used to follow 1,000+ models with their “perfect” bodies and that round bubble butt.

I’m kind of giggling as I write this now, but as stated - it did crush my confidence.

To this day I avoid wearing shorter tops and like to wear jackets and cardigans that cover my butt.

As I do glute exercises I think about how strong my a$$ is gonna look and now, I feel GOOD about it. Not in a “I need to change” way.

But it’s this weird topic that us girls really only talk about together and hardly publicly.

You don’t need to have a perfectly round bubble butt to be attractive or fit or hot or sexy or pretty.

Our bodies are our bodies. And that’s ok!
