- I think u ols know about this roti kan ? speedmart banyak !! and one more this breads have a many flavour like butterscoth , oat , blueberry and rico choclate . and I always take my favourite one is rico choclate laa syedappp !! and yahh for this I just take 2 slices only and drink milk for the breakfast . for milk just up to u ols nak yang mana , for me only hl and dutchlady better cause many milk I rasa yang ni paling wow πŸ₯Ή

πŸ“Lunch Time Food : just choose one of salad or smotie .

Salad and Cabbage .

- for the salad and cabbage ni so easy to you guys do , if you ols lazy person haa follow receipe I list ni . β€œ

= chicken , small tomato , mayonnaise and egg

= cabbage with mayonis and black papper

= small tomato , egg , cabbage purple and salad

= black papper , egg , chicken , salad , cabbage

= salad and mayonis

the last one if you really malas cook , so just take the last one cause sometimes if I malas cook pun I take the last one hehe , and one more the pic I just cari kat google cause I tak reti nak snap food 🫠

4 Recepie smoothie .

- this one u can choose the fruit yang u ols like , for me I always take the low calories like banana , dragon fruit , pear , kiwi and lemon . how to do just take 2 or 3 fruit then milk and oat blend together sedap hm 🫠

- tbh sometimes I’m not eat bcs the lunch food already enough for me hahah . In case u ols hungry you can take banana or green apple to make you feel better bfr you go sleep . after I lost 5kg I eat only breakfast time and luch 🫠

one more just remind to u ols the normal drink pls takecare always !! and yaa this is my routine , actually to many things you can eat but pls control the posion . this is important ones you have to learn and do . one more bfr you start your diet routine pls make one mindset that can consist your diet routine . so after you start its not make you feel lost after you always remember your mindset !!! ❀️❀️
