1. Green Giant drink - Anima Mundi 1 tsp Green Powder and 1 tsp MudWater. Wakes up your system (will use the bathroom right away)
2. Mary Ruth's lymphatic support. Love this for detoxing and getting my lymphatic system flowing!
3. Coffee - I have been loving the brand "Bulletproof" lately as it's nontoxic and sustainably sourced.
4. Morning sunlight, grounding, and journaling on the beach - my favorite time of day! It really enhances my well-being with natural light, and fosters mindfulness by journaling at the beach for a peaceful and energizing start.
5. Flexibility class - focused on stretching this morning. Love having a full range of motion.
6. Start work as a Pilates instructor - guiding clients toward improved strength, flexibility, and posture.
7. Healthy Breakfast - Kickstart the day with nourishment and sustained energy by enjoying a nutritious breakfast, supporting metabolism and overall health with balanced nutrients and quality ingredients.
