GUT HEALING MUST HAVES! As someone who has had Crohn's disease for 20+ years, I am a MASTER of all things gut healing. These are some of the things that have helped me the most!

1. FOOD: We are looking for foods that are NUTRIENT dense and SOOTHING to the gut lining. Why is bone broth good? It has HIGH-QUALITY protein that supports the joints and soothes inflammation. What about seamoss? Boosts the immune system and aids in healthy digestion. Always look for these types of food! Foods that will benefit you is the only thing I put in my body.

2. SUPPLEMENTS: Some of my favorites? I LOVE L-Glutamine. It reduces the chance of infection and builds the gut lining back up. The gut lining is destroyed by toxins, bad bacteria, bad foods, and even over-the-counter drugs that we put in our bodies every day. L-Glutamine truly helps build it back up.

3. MEALS: WHOLE FOODS GUYS! Shop in the produce section. A sample meal that I LOVE is grilled salmon, a purple sweet potato, and broccoli. So nutrient dense and delicious.
