Getting married @ the Little White Chapel in Vegas

WOAH. This day. August 20th, 2022.

Three days into meeting Tyler he asked when we were getting married and I told him -you say when & I’ll be there. He said “Vegas, baby.”

It had always been a running joke that we would go there and get married. 3 years later we did just that.

As a full time wedding photographer myself, I’ve seen it all and when planning my own wedding and coming up with ideas, nothing seemed special to me anymore.

But Vegas. This seemed fitting. This felt like us. We love Vegas & go regularly to see family. We didn’t want to spend thousands of $$ on a wedding and reception because it didn’t fall in line with our financial plan and future we have been working so hard on.

I rented a this dress off Etsy for $150. Bought my shoes from Amazon & all together my makeup was more expensive than my outfit. We flew in our dream photog from California (like duh did you see her nail these pics??), lost our luggage for a little while, and had the best week ever, just us two.
