Just documenting my reno journey here 😊

Aircon installation done for all bedrooms and living rooms. This is one of the first thing that should be installed as carpentry works can be done after to cater/hide trunking. We were not physically there during the installation as our ID handled it and provided us updates whenever required.

Door slide arm and bomb shelter ventilation done by smart home also arranged by ID. Cost: $190 for both.

Painting works also done for whole house. Feature colored walls for living room and master bedroom.

Gas pipe installed in kitchen. Also another crucial item to get done before carpentry works.
