OPT IN BTO OCS OR NOT?

Choosing to opt in or out of this Optional Component Scheme (OCS) would be one of the first few decisions for new home owners.

What is included in OCS scheme?

3 rooms flat: 4 internal doors (2 bedroom & 2 bathroom)

4/5 rooms flat: 5 internal doors (3 bedroom & 2 bathroom)

Vinyl strip flooring for bedroom and polished porcelain tiles for living and dining area

Sanitary fittings: wall mounted wash basin with tap + shower set for both common and master bathrooms

Price paid for my 4 room BTO for OCS is $7850. This is relatively cheaper as compared to DIY. As the tiles finishing fits my home theme, it is a great deal 👍🏼
