These Pumpkin Pecan Magic Bars are packed with fall flavors β perfect for Thanksgiving or any occasion! π
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs πͺ
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted π§
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk π₯
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree π
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice πΏ
1 cup chopped pecans π°
1/2 cup caramel sauce π¬
1/2 cup white chocolate chips π«
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips π«
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Pour this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips evenly over the pumpkin layer.
5. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
7. Let the bars cool completely before slicing and serving.
