Norse Goddess of the Ancestors

Also known as Loki’s daughter.

Hel is the guardian of the underworld. Her body is half fresh and young and half old and decayed. She stands as the portal between this realm and that of our ancestors and those souls that have passed.

Many would label her as a Devil or an Evil Witch. She is none of that. She is the caretaker of those that watch you and me from beyond. She is the one that has been entrusted with caring for our dead loved ones and she guards them fiercely.

I for one look up to Hel. She who sees death.
