✨what’s in my lunch bag? 12 hour NIGHT shift ✨

Working 3 days in a row this week. This is what I meal prepped. Airfried chicken, sweet potato’s, and some veggies. I like to keep it simple and light or else i’ll be in an empty bed knocked out 🤣 but no fr I don’t like eating heavy at work because I will be sleepy afterwards. I try to watch the kind of snacks I bring because I’m trying to lose weight and I’m overall mindful of what I consume. The celsius is the only thing that keeps me awake 😭 I heard it’s not good for you, but yet I still continue to drink it. If y’all have alternatives I should try let me know m
