👉🏼Ingredients: (makes 2 servings)
- ground beef (8 oz)
- sea salt + pepper (to taste)
- mayo (1/4 cup)
- apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
- yellow mustard (1 tsp)
- Boston lettuce (1 head)
- cherry tomatoes, halved (1 cup)
- cheddar cheese, shredded (2 oz)
- red onion, diced (1/4 cup)
- pickle, chopped (1/4 cup)
👉🏼Directions:
1️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the beef to the pan, breaking it up as it browns. Once cooked through, drain excess drippings from the pan if needed and season with salt + pepper.
2️⃣ Whisk together mayo, ACV, and mustard in a bowl.
3️⃣ Divide the lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef, cheese, red onion, and pickle between plates. Drizzle the dressing over the top, and enjoy!
