love shopping at Sam’s Club when I’m on a calorie deficit because it allows me to stock up on my favorite high-protein foods in bulk, making it so much easier to stay on track with my weight loss goals. 🛒 Shopping in bulk is a game-changer, especially when life gets busy. Knowing I have enough protein-rich snacks and meal options to last me for days (or even weeks) helps me avoid reaching for less nutritious, last-minute options. Plus, buying in bulk often saves money, so it’s a win-win!
One of the main reasons I prioritize ready-made protein options is convenience. As a busy mom, I don’t always have time to cook from scratch. That’s why some of my Sam’s Club favorites include:
• Turkey sticks – perfect for quick, easy snacks between meals.
• Bare chicken nuggets – a great way to get a protein-packed meal without the prep.
