Silky eggs and rice 🍚 | Tamago-En!

A chain restaurant I genuinely like is Tamago-en! Honestly one of the places I enjoy going when I dine alone.

I like how the food served looks exactly like the images in the menu. It tastes good too! A comforting bowl of rice and eggs … mmm!

This particular day I had lunch at Tamago-En at Suntec City.

Service was soooooo fast, as they anticipate the lunch crowd, so we were seated and taken care of so efficiently. 😂

Each lunch set comes with Ice Lemon Tea, soup, a main and a dessert, from $12.90++

Fluffy omelettes start from $13.90++ though, for Oyako Don.

I tried the beef steak omurice as I felt like having some beef. Fluffy, creamy eggs atop a serving of rice, and beef stew sauce, so comforting! Also, the eggs taste so good!

Tamago-En is certainly a place I’ll come back for a no frills kind of dining, where I would be certain of the comfort and consistency they have in their food. Worth trying if you have not tried this place! 😉
