Recently, I’ve been obsessed with all things health and wellness and have been doing everything I can to be the healthiest version of myself. I thought I would get on and share the things that I do to prioritize wellness while being a college student 💗

Firstly, it’s so important to surround yourself with people who lift you up and encourage you. Having friends who have your best interest in mind will help push you to be the best version of yourself and to grow! Having likeminded people in your life gives you motivation and confidence to keep the right mentality.

Remember ladies-eat whole foods. I promise once you start eating nourishing, whole foods you will feel SO much better within. In college, this has been a struggle, but I have learned to navigate the dining hall to find the food that will help keep my gut healthy and keep me feeling energized. Eating a clean diet improves my mood, eliminates my brain fog, and has drastically improved my skin!

Another important habit it to prioritize Doing the things that you REALLY love!! This one has always been harder for me because I feel like it is so easy to get caught up in life’s craziness. It is so so important though to make time for the things that make you happy. For me this is hiking, traveling, and fitness. When I am outdoors, being active, and seeing the world, I am truly in my element. Making time for those things that really fulfill you allow you to have some “me” time and provide an outlet for stress.

Lastly, remember to prioritize self care. Whether this means getting your skin care routine down or going for a hot girl walk- make sure to take that time for yourself. Recently, I have had to realize that I need to prioritize alone time every now and then. In college it’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle culture, but I have found that taking time to myself to just breath has drastically improved my overall mindset.

I really hope that these tips help you girls to be the healthiest versions of yourself. Wellness habits are so so important for living a healthier lifestyle. Let me know if there’s any other tips y’all have 💗💗💗
