Day 1:
Miyahara
Harry Potter Dessert Shop
Ice cream is really delicious and they cost around SGD$8 and more depending on what you choose
Zhongxiao Road Night Market
Stores selling their food beside the road. Usually for motorcyclist to buy and go. But they sell the most authentic food. Their dimsum are so fresh and yummy! For their teppanyaki, they allow you to choose the meat sticks before deep frying it! Hence, you would be able to enjoy the crisp and soft texture of the meat! [ps: most night market I went in Taichung doesn’t cook their meat like this!]
Day 2:
Taichung’s Second Market
Similar to Singapore’s Wet Market! There is a big Harry Potter Mural just beside the toilet! [A go to for Harry Potter Fans!] Food sold are cheap! And it tastes like home cook food!
Paochueh Temple
Famous seven-floor-tall Golden Maitreya Buddha
Buddhist temple formed in 1926, featuring a bell tower with a bronze clock and a giant buddha statue!

As the weather was too hot in the afternoon…. AIRCON ROOM IT IS!
The price for the tickets are around SGD$4-5(if I don’t remember wrongly😅) for the Life Science Hall. It encompass how biodiversity comes about. From insects to dinosaurs to animals and humans! Is a very big exhibit so do remember to go early! [Most museums in Taiwan close pretty early around 4-5pm] Totally do visit if you are a dinosaur geek! MANY LIFE SIZE DINOSAURS PARADING THE PLACE!
Calligraphy Greenway
A place for youngsters to hang around and showoff their fits and balling/skating skills
Similar to Scape of Singapore
[Instagram worthy place tho!]
Feng Chia Night Market
Very commercialised night market! Sells both food and fashion! A place for tourists to go to. But I didn’t really enjoy my time here as the food sold are more pricey and not as nice as all the other night market food!
Day 3:
Wuxi Cultural Office
Feels like I have travelled back in time! Encompasses a-lot of culture and traditions. There is even a olden days arrow shooting sanctuary. If you have not been to Japan or sit on a tatami before, there is a cafe beside the main building that allows you to delve in the olden day ambience and sit on a tatami!
