i saw so many reviews on tiktok talking about this fitness place and i had to try!
intro to barry’s: a 50 min HIIT workout, 25 mins on the threadmill, 25 mins on the floor (or double floor if you don’t want the cardio portion) it’s meant to burn ard 1k calories
my experience:
wah.. tbh i thot cause i do spin and pilates ill b fine but IT WAS SO TOUGH.. even if beginner settings my legs turned jelly on the threadmill.. 🙂↕️ basically it’s a mix of sprints jogs, climbs etc and it’s really a killer
the floor portion was not bad ~ just a mix of static exercises w dumbbells i think the killer was truly the cardio..
afterwards, you can even order one of their shakes which is SO SO GOOD but so expensive also.. but it’s such a reward after the workout 🤭
verdict:
THE BURN WAS SO GOOD i can tell why so many people come to Barry’s! i’ll start coming twice a week to see how i feel but i rly did love it and wanna incorporate it into my lifestyle. it’s extra nice that it’s at orchard so i can just go for a workout then walk to work afterwards 😆
