okay so: i’m depressed again.

real talk: i’ve been really depressed again and in denial about it. it’s time i admit it to myself.

i’m 21 years old, i graduated college in may, i moved across the country recently, i’m broke, gaining weight, breaking out, and crazy stressed with all the work i have.

i’m exhausted with everything i’ve done and have to do. i’m exhausted as i type this post.

but i know: i’ll survive.

that doesn’t mean i have to try to look at the silver lining or push myself to magically be okay. i’m not okay, at all. but i’ve been depressed before, and i’ve been through phases i wasn’t sure i’d get through.

this is one of my first depressive episodes that i know, i KNOW i’ll get through. but for now, i just have to feel it.
