Homemade sushi inspired spcy salmon bowls!

If you’re a sushi fanatic like me, then this one is a must try. Lately i’ve been craving this dish & at this point I pretty much make it once a week!

Ingredients:

White rice ( i prefer jasmine rice)

Salmon / cut into cubes

Dried seaweed sheets

Cucumbers

Avocados

Green onions

Spicy sriracha mayo

Low sodium soy sauce

Ive prepared my salmon two ways

either by frying them in a wok pan or by air fryer and i must say my favorite way to prepare it is by air fryer!! all in all this dish is my fav!
