Have you been to this stunning restaurant in📍Minneapolis?! 🥂 With a beautiful ambiance, unique drinks like beet cola and guava sours and delicious food with Korean, Midwestern and Latin American influences, @sookimimi is a gem!

🌮 We loved the totchos (tater tot nachos!), mushroom birria tacos, Korean pork tacos and sweet potato mochi donuts for dessert! The drink menus is great too and the beet cola and guava sour were both zero proof 🍹
