Comfy in my own skin

For a long time (since a child) I’ve been unhappy with my body and the way that I looked. I was insecure about 99% of myself growing up. Until the most unexpected moment I learned to love my body and who I am as a person… I lost 45 lbs during Covid and was the smallest I’ve been in a VERRYYY long time. Somehow I was still unhappy with my body and was insecure to wear certain things even though my body was a nice shape at the time (didn’t realize it then) . Shortly after I was in a healthy relationship with my current partner and we ATEEEE GOOODDD SUSS ! Basically BOTH of us put on relationship weight . 4 years later I am the heaviest I’ve EVER been . But yet I am more confident to wear clothing that I wouldn’t have worn when I was smaller . This is a prime example of LEARNING to LOVE yourself ! I’ve learned to love myself through all of the stages my body and mind goes through . I feel like I broke out of a prison in my mind that kept hindering me from accepting myself . This is who I am NOW and I will continue to love myself and not deprive myself from things I love just because of the way I look.
