Roller skating gave me a gift 🎁

I would be a liar to tell you I got this body from going to the gym because I haven't been to a gym in over 10 years. Now yes, genetics had a huge play in my fat distribution and where I carry my weight, but nonetheless, roller skating has sculpted me into what hundreds of celebrity women are paying thousands for (no shade!).

Roller skating is my favorite source of exercise because I don't have to try so hard, and it's SO MUCH FUN! I can maintain my body so much easier going skating instead of the gym. I see results much quicker than I did at the gym, and I feel less guilty for not eating a strict diet.
