Oh My Ice (JB cafe)

Location: 20min ride from custom

I have been wanting to visit this cafe after seeing the cute presentation of the food and cafe interior! Visited around 3-4pm on a Sunday and cafe was rather empty (perfect for taking photos) 🎀

1. Castle in the Sky (23RM)

- aloe vera base drink with milk and salted cream

- the blue salted cream tasted a little bland on its own, but after mixing with the aloe vera and milk, the drink was okay

- not a big fan as it was too thick and creamy for me, got a little gelak

2. Strawberry Milk (16RM)

- as the name suggests, it is what it is 🤣

- tasted like a typical strawberry milk after mixing the milk and the jam

3. Yuzu Earl Grey Cake (23RM)

- was very excited to try this but the earl grey taste was not pronounced at all

- yuzu taste was alright, not bad

- both the cake and cream was very dense instead of fluffy, hence not my favorite. But still a odecent cake!

4. Oven-baked Truffle Fries (20RM)

- no taste of truffle to me 🥲

- fries were very dry, probably because it is oven-baked

Overall, the taste of the food here is not amazing, but the highlight of this cafe is definitely the food presentation and cafe aesthetics. Definitely a good place to chill if you want to avoid the crowd in JB! Many good photo spots within the cafe as well 🌸 It is also linked to a tufting corner if you are interested to try it out 🌼
