Must eats in Taipei Night Market! 😋

Sharing some of the hidden food gems that I chanced upon in Taipei Night Market. There were many other delicious snacks but these were my top picks!

Golden Fried Chicken (格登炸鸡)

📍Tong Hua Night Market (located in one of the alleys, branched out from main street)

Extremely juicy and succulent, reached after 10pm and they were almost sold out. 🍗 There was a queue and stall was only left with chicken wings and chicken thigh. Chicken thigh was 💯

Crispy Roast Pork (品臻黄金脆皮烧肉)

📍Ning Xia Night Market (standalone store) & Rao He Night Market (along the main food street)

Super crispy and flavorful roast pork that I chanced upon in the night market. Skin remained crispy even after few hours (brought some back to hotel). 🐽 One of the best roast pork I had, a must try! 🤤 Was happy to chance upon another outlet in a different night market. Take note to ask for less fatty cuts if you are not a fan!

Fresh Clams (蛤之呼吸)

📍Rao He Night Market (along the main food street)

Very fresh and plump clams cooked in a light seafood broth of your choice. Clams were huge and almost twice the size of clams I normally see in SG. 🦪 It was so good I went for a second serving within the same night to try a different flavor. 😋 Personally preferred the garlic one! Highly recommended for seafood lovers~
