Wanting to exercise but cannot seem to find an appropriate workout when you search YouTube?

Here’s a list of my favourite fitness YouTube channels I visit often! I have segmented them into 3 areas, namely: Strength, Cardio/HIIT and Flow/Tone/Flexibility.

🏋🏼‍♀️ STRENGTH

Caroline Girvan - Her workouts are very focused on building a stronger and balanced body. I always fall back to her dumbbells workout when I want to build strength but don’t really want to plan my routine at the gym.

She will really inspire you a lot and pushes you to your limit(Yes, through the screen!). Random fun fact: she is a mother of two, crazy!

🏃🏼‍♀️CARDIO/HIIT

I try to do full-body HIIT with weights at least once a week. And I always alternate between these two YouTube channels ⬇️

Fitness__kaykay - I think I have done all (if not, almost all) her full-body high intensity workouts. I love the duration of her workouts - usually 30/40mins - but it does not feel that long at all. Her workouts are also a good balance between power and cardio 👍🏻

Growingannanas - My favourite is definitely her TABATA workouts - short and sweet. Trust me, you will be sweating buckets by the end of it !!

FYI: I do noticed that her workouts tend to be lower body heavy so if you are going for a legs + cardio day, her workouts would be a good choice!

🧘‍♀️FLOW/TONING/FLEXIBILITY

Move With Nicole - Undoubtedly, my go-to YouTuber for anything Pilates or Yoga related. While it may be low intensity, it does not mean you will not sweat or feel the burn! IT BURNS, ESPECIALLY YOUR GLUTES AND ABS 🍑🥵
