you CANNOT leave Korea without eating THIS

📍 Grandmother’s Recipe (Seongsu)

I was researching for restaurants to dine in at Seongsu and this popped up on Trip Advisor. Apparently, this restaurant won the 2018 Michelin Star Award which speaks a lot!

I visited this restaurant 7 minutes after opening time at 1130am, and i was already put on WAITLIST ….. with 10 people in front of me 🥹🥹 so DO COME EARLY!!!

The restaurant aims to cook up and serve homely foods such as Beef Bone Soup, Bimbimbap etc and I ordered the Bimbimbap Bugolgi Jeongsik which came G the price tag of 15,000 won. I absolutely loved how nourishing this bowl was as it came with mushrooms and chives with gochujang (unlike other BBBs ahich has many mNy ingredients) I appreciated how the garlic provided extra crunch which was a great touch to the meal.

I love this restaurant and i highly recommend for everyone going to Seoul to try Grandmother’s Recipe!!
