Literally all you need is:
-one zucchini
-salt & pepper
-garlic powder
-canola spray oil
-parm or grated cheese (Finley grated)
-air fryer
How to:
Wash your zucchini & chop it into think sliced ‘chips.’ Spray your zucchini with the oil, add your salt, pepper, garlic powder and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Set your air fryer to 400° F and your timber on 12 minutes. You can occasionally mix to get it toasted brown on both sizes. I didn’t. And voila!!
