1️⃣NOT WARMING UP WITH GLUTE ENGAGEMENT 🍑

Of course you probably know to warm up and stretch before your lifts but a big mistake I see is not actively engaging your glutes before training them and then they wonder why they can’t grow?

Actively engaging the glutes before training is imperative! Why? It ensures we’re actually using them in the lifts. By using activation methods this tells your targeted muscle its time to do some work. If you aren’t using them in your lifts how do you expect them to grow?

Ok but how do we actively engage the glutes and warm them up? Try these simple exercises before training glutes:

-hip adbuction machine

-banded fire hydrants

-banded kick backs

-banded abductions
