reasons you are not seeing progress in the gym....

you are NOT training with intention... what does that mean?

you are just going through the motions in your workout, just counting reps and sets without any intention or intensity. And you're asking yourself why am I not seeing any progress? Well...you aren't training correctly...you must use intensity or mind-to-muscle connection to experience progressive overload which will lead to results...

While yes if you are a beginner in the gym getting the hang of the reps and sets is imperative but if you are hitting a plateau or not seeing any progress... Ask yourself am I training with intention? Am I using mind-to-muscle-connection? Am I training with enough intensity to cause progressive overload?

These are so IMPORTANT when you are trying continue to see progress or improve in the gym. Progressive overload is key to seeing progress both aesthetically and strength wise. Keep working!
