What I eat in a day on a reverse diet:
-Salted caramel rice cake & banana - I eat carbs before working out for fuel, its important to eat something before training otherwise fatigue can set in quickly.
-protein oats & frozen blueberries & spinach, mushroom, feta omelette - post workout - I eat a lot of protein! I mix protein into my oatmeal for an easy & delicious high protein breakfast. I also like to hide veggies in my omelettes.
- Salted caramel rice cake - I love rice cakes, especially the salted caramel flavored ones, they are a great snack to have on hand for something crunchy, salty, & sweet.
- jasmine rice, avocado, chicken - avocado is a healthy fat, chicken is a lean protein with low fat content - I add hot sauce for some extra flavor!
-Salted caramel rice cake, greek yogurt, blueberries - I love making yogurt bowls, greek yogurt is a great source of protein and you can customize it with your favorite fruit, granola, or other toppings!
-turkey burger & roasted sweet potatoes - I honestly prefer my turkey burgers over beef burgers...I have found ways to eat things I love while also sticking to my macros. Ground turkey is a great lean protein with low fat content.
-frozen yogurt bar - dessert but with 5g of protein
