HOW I LIST MULTIPLE LINES IN ONE CELL - EXCEL

I've discovered how to list out several items by line in a single cell by using the Alt-Enter key shortcut. I can now structure my spreadsheet in a more ideal way with this ability, and keep data that belongs together in the correct rows. I select the cell I want and type the first item. Then, I hold the "Alt" key and "Enter" key. Lines are moved below the current text line, creating a neatly structured list, IN ONE CELL! I always struggled with having to list items in separate rows which would cause my data to be misaligned or not interpreted correctly within my spreadsheet. This easy trick has helped me tremendously.
