I thought I had done enough market research before producing my own laundry products, but I was wrong.

- Market your product by emphasizing how it can solve your target audience’s problem.

2. Underestimating overall expenses:

Expenses to take note of:

- Stocks

- Packaging & Labels

- Shipping cost to SG

- Warehouse rental

- Free sample cost

- Advertising cost

- Event booth rental cost (optional)

- Platform fee

Without proper planning on estimated startup and ongoing costs, you'll end up facing financial strain that may lead to shutting down of your business.

3. Expecting Instant Success:

We all know that it takes time, effort, and perseverance to build a business, but not everyone has the patience. 🥺

I was eager for success, and when sales slowed down, I almost gave up.

But that's not how business works. There's so much to learn about branding and marketing as a new brand.

You didn’t start a business to give up on it after 3 months. And that's when I decided to pick myself up and learn the right marketing techniques for my brand.
