peipei's recipe | iced fig latte

hello friends!! can't believe it's going to be the end of Sept!! i'm not ready for the cold weather cold

today's recipe is an iced fig latte 😜

✨ ingredients needed:

- fig butter

(it's basically fig jam. i got it from

trader joe's. if u don't have trader joe's in ur area, any brand of fig jam works.)

- ice

- milk

- coffee

- freeze dried fig

✨ steps to follow:

- put 2 tbsp of fig jam into the glass

- pour 1/2 of milk into the glass. then mix the jam and milk together.

- add some ice into the glass

- pour 1/2 cup of coffee into the glass

(i used chemex to brew my coffee, but any kind of brewing works ;)

- garnish the drink with some freeze dried fig!
