My Experience Working at H&M

I worked at H&M for about two years and overall it was a good experience.

The work environment is really what made it worth it, I was blessed to have understanding managers and friendly coworkers, but of course, this is going to depend on the specific store.

They had flexible work hours, but I only got paid minimum wage in my state (CA).

The work itself was not too bad, cashiering was fun and I never really had difficult customers. It did get tiring on some days, like the weekends when we were the busiest. Working truck shifts also got pretty tiring.

The dress code is laidback and overall, I think this would be a good first time job for anyone, or just a good retail job if that’s what you’re interested in.
