#MyFirst Thermomix Pineapple Tarts

It’s the time of the year again! 1 more week to CNY and this year I’ve got the opportunity to use a Thermomix for making both the pineapple jam and the pastry dough.

🍍Pineapple Jam

It didn’t greatly reduce the time required but it did helped in the sense that I didn’t need to stand and stir over the stove for 1+ hours which is a major win too.

🥐 Pastry Dough

THIS is a time-saver! It truly only took 15 seconds for the dough to form. If you’re familiar with shortcrust pastry, it’s such a mess to cut the butter into the flour so I really appreciated the Thermomix for this.

I used the same recipes shared before: making pineapple tarts from scratch and referred to “Pineapple Tarts by Mavis Ong” on Youtube for Thermomix directions.
