Let’s be real—we all crave a little junk food now and then, but that doesn’t mean we have to throw our healthy habits out the window. Enter my favorite guilt-free snack: Buffalo Cauliflower Bites!These spicy, crispy bites are so delicious, you won’t even miss the wings. Trust me, this is the kind of snack that’ll have you coming back for more… and more. 😋

Here’s how you can whip them up:

Ingredients:

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

- Olive oil to drizzle

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ⅛ teaspoon pepper

- 1 Tablespoon melted butter (or coconut oil for a vegan twist 🌱)

- ½ to ¾ cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Style hot sauce (or your fave hot wing sauce)

Let’s Get Cooking:

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.

2. Prep the cauliflower by tossing the florets in a plastic bag. Drizzle with just enough olive oil to lightly coat them.

3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake the bag like you’re at a dance party until every piece is evenly coated.

4. Bake those beauties on an ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan, middle rack, for 15 minutes. Flip them halfway through and check at the 10-minute mark to make sure they’re tender but not soggy!

5. Toss the baked florets in a bowl with melted butter (or coconut oil) and hot sauce. Start with half the sauce, and add more if you’re feeling extra spicy! 🌶️

6. Finish them off in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Serve them up with your favorite dip—whether it’s classic ranch or bold blue cheese, you can’t go wrong. 🧀
