For All My ‘Utah Soda’ Girlies!!

Listen, I am a ride or die “Utah Soda” girlie despite never having been to Utah (except airports). For the uninitiated, a Utah Soda is essentially a soda with syrups or cream or some other fun extra added in, and I am obsessed with trying different combos with my diet coke.

So, this morning when I was looking at my Trader Joe’s pumpkin oat drink, not wanting to drink it straight but too lazy to make coffee, it dawned on me to try it in diet coke and I will ABSOLUTELY be drinking this again. It’s definitely an acquired taste and isn’t as sweet as I thought it would be, but almost tastes like a fizzy chai latte. I also added some vanilla syrup for dimension but I think it’d be just as good without it!
