During my weight loss journey I’ve been looking for recipes that will curb my cravings and make me feel satiated. One of the cravings I frequently have is savory/salty foods. This asian cucumber salad curbs my cravings and leaves me with no guilt!
If you wanted to make this a little bit more hearty while remaining low calorie you could add some protein such as tuna fish, cottage cheese or shrimp. These proteins will allow the flavors of the asian cucumber salad to shine through still!
What you’ll need:
Mini cucumbers
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Chilli sauce
Garlic
Maple syrup
Rice or wine vinegar
Salt
Start by slicing your cucumbers into quarter inch slices. Add to a bowl.
Mix your remaining ingredients together and drizzle over the cucumbers. Toss everything together and enjoy!
