Hidden gem in NYC

💎 This is one of those places that you won’t find unless you know where it is. I’ve lived in NYC for 8 years, and didn’t find this until now.. and I’m so glad I did!

🕍 The Museum at Eldridge Street is housed in the historic Eldridge Street Synagogue. It’s originally built in 1887, but was restored about 100 years after, and finished its restoration in 2007!

🎤You can visit this national historic landmark 6 days a week, and either do a self guided tour or have a guide show you the ropes. I happened to do both, and will recommend the guided tour.
