Sunday Reset (My Healthy Habits) 🤌🌼✨

Sundays can often times feel a little dreadful especially when theres so much to do for the upcoming week.

This is why I try to break down the things I need to do each day and Sundays are one of those days where I get to clean, fold laundry, plan the week ahead and make my juices.

These are honestly quite simple things but they can be life changing for the busy upcoming week ahead.

1️⃣ Step: wash my sheets and clean my room.

2️⃣ Step: wash my clothes and fold my laundry.

3️⃣ Step: plan and schedule the week ahead.

4️⃣ Step: prep my juices ahead of time.

I love to feel clean, neat and organized for the week simply because this allows me to stay motivated, clear and calm. A clean space is a healthy space to flourish 🌼
