Cake by Courtney: If you want fudge disguised as flourless chocolate cake, this is the one! This cake is EXTREMELY rich and fudgy--fitting, as it's basically melted chocolate and eggs whisked together.

Claire Saffitz: This crackly-topped cake reminded me slightly of a brownie with a spongy and airy yet moist texture. It's made with oil if you're trying to avoid butter. A little bit of almond flour combined with whipped egg whites gives it a nice structure.

Dorie Greenspan: This two-toned cake has a more traditional flourless chocolate cake on the bottom and a light chocolate mousse on top. The contrast of the two textures and flavors is SO fun and worth the extra work--one of my favorites.

Trish Deseine: This was one of the easiest cakes to make and was a crowd favorite! It's smooth and silky but not overly dense. Trish describes this as a "cooked, intensely flavored chocolate mousse" and I would agree! Make this a day beforehand to let the flavors develop.
