Underrated hawker find !

Just wanted to share this new find !

📍Address:It’s this store called Osa Kaki Fuyong at Beauty World food centre, at level 4 of Beauty World Centre.

I ordered the Kaki Fuyong with Rice

(💰 Price:$5.50) with their Salmon Miso soup

(💰 Price: $1.50). The friendly stall owner gave me a buzzer, but I didn’t have to wait too long before my food came :)

👍Why I like it:

The sizzling hot plate came with a heap of plump oysters, on a bed of fried eggs coated with a generous sweet sauce. I loved this combo, and with the rice to mop everything up, it was comforting, especially with the cold weather nowadays. The oysters tasted fresh, similar to the ones used for oyster omelette. The eggs managed to still stay crisp even with all the sauces and oysters. The salmon miso soup also came with quite a few salmon chunks, worth the price !

Overall, it’s a rlly nice place for a simple meal. There are also other great options around the area. Lemme know if you want more reccs 🤩
