My latest trip was quick one to Albuquerque for a research conference. 🏜️ It’s not too hot or dry this time of year, and even though I was there for less than 24 hours, I had the chance to visit this cute eatery called the Sawmill Market and eat Mexican Corn & a churro from a shop literally called “Corn y Churros.” 🌽 I’d definitely love to visit New Mexico again and do some actual sightseeing, but it was a fun quick little trip in the sun. ☀️ Where’s your favorite vacation spot so far for 2023??
