My first spin class at Absolute Cycle!

🕰️ Monday to Friday: 7am to 8.30pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8.30am to 4.30pm

What did I do?

- Spin with Jelina!

- This was a #throwback Thursday class so the songs we were listening were all from the 2000’s! It’s so therapeutic & I love the vibes!!

- Jelina is STRONG. & her classes last 45 minutes (for this timeslot on Thursdays at 8pm specifically!). Expect small breaks & a lot of pushing through it! I love it because she definitely knows how to push & still has fun with it within sets! (Dancing to the beats, etc.)

- The strength portion was mostly endurance too because we didn’t put our arms down for a good 1-2 songs with 1-1.5kg weights! You can increase/decrease your weights depending on how comfortable you are :)

- overall, I never sweated & burned this much calories in a class before & it made me feel so fulfilled!!

Definitely go if you have a chance to! ⭐️

What did they offer?

- Student packages at only $150 for 10 classes! T&C’s apply of cos.

- They also have trial classes but do check with them on the details :)

Would I go again?

Yes! I’ve already booked another class for the following week for another instructor & im so excited!!
