in my unemployed era

Sooo I’ve been unemployed for close to 3 months now. 😬 I started finding for jobs in July after my last sem in uni, internship and grad trips and since then I have applied for more than 300 jobs so far. I went for some interviews but there haven’t been any offers and some companies don’t even reply after the interview even when I followed up.

Just wanna say that it is normal for you to overthink and be unmotivated at times. I know I have. But, I’ve learned that unfortunately it is part of the process and everyone is also in the same boat as you. 💪🏻

With that being said, it’s also important to occupy yourself during this period. Being unemployed doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. Do things you’ve not done before/have wanted to try but did not get the time to, previously. Take breaks by hanging out with friends and family, going for walks, and resting. On top of this, I’ve also started reading again, caught up on my shows and even started posting here. 😝

📢 Some advice:

I would recommend starting your job search early on, maybe before you end your last sem if you wanna find a job asap. Also, do track your applications on your preferred platform so you don’t forget any details when recruiters contact you.
